People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees.
- Handling recruitment process to hire the best suitable talent employees
- Keeping track status of manpower and plan for recruitment
- Updating information about recruitment trend
- Fulfil hiring of assigned job openings within agreed timelines while balancing high fill rate, mínimal attrition, and low offer rejection
- Ensure accuracy and availability of records and reports concerning all phases of recruitment and HR system
- Do HR admin tasks such as job ads writing, checking personal documents of staff and prepare for on-boarding
- Coordinate to update manpower issues
- Assist the Recruitment Team as necessary and undertake other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant majors
- Fresh or minimum one year’s experience, with rich sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources of recruiting is a big plus
- Knowledge of internal recruitment process
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
- Detailed oriented, positive thinking and good work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel.
