Mô tả công việc
Assist in the day on the job operation as and when require during emergency manpower shortage.
Be responsible for Planning, Organizing, Training and Cost Control in the Department.
Follow up with Maintenance on clearing defects in Guestroom and Public area.
Control movement of Guest Supplies and machinery to minimize expense and all in good working condition.
Be able to perform all duties in the Department to maximum - Rooms, Public area, Administration and Laundry.
Maintain highest standards and quality of services in housekeeping operation to meet and exceed guests’ expectation while managing operational costs within budgets.
Counsel, motivate and reprimand staffs when necessary with the consent of the Executive Housekeeper.

Yêu cầu công việc
Minimum College education
Additional certification(s) from a reputable Hospitality Management school will be an advantage
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Vietnamese language
High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
