- Monitor Housekeeping personnel to ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service.

Điều hành nhân sự bộ phận đảm bảo dịch vụ khách được thực hiện ngay và đúng quy cách.
- Schedule routine inspections by supervisors, of all housekeeping areas including occupied and non-occupied rooms.

Lên lịch định kỳ kiểm tra tất cả khác khu vực thuộc quản lý của Buồng phòng, bao gồm phòng có trống và phòng có khách.
- Inspect guest rooms in all Housekeeping areas on a regular basis to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are clean and in good repair, well maintained and replaced / refurbished as required.

Kiểm tra phòng khách, các khu vực Buồng phòng đảm bảo nội thất, trang thiết bị được giữ sạch, trong tình trạng sử dụng tốt, được bảo dưỡng, thay thế ngay khi cần.
- Supervise outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance.

Giám sát các nhà thầu thuê ngoài để đảm bảo tuân thủ hợp đồng.
- Ensure that consumption of guest supplies is under control.

Đảm bảo kiểm soát được lượng đồ phục vụ khách.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety for employees and guests.

Hỗ trợ điều hành và quản lý quy trình bộ phận Buồng phòng bao gồm đồ thất lạc, chìa khóa, quy trình an ninh và khẩn cấp, sức khỏe và an toàn của nhân viên và khách hàng.
- Work with the Housekeeping Manager/ Hotel Manager on routine cleaning programs including spring cleans, etc.

Làm việc với Quản lý bộ phận/ Quản lý khách sạn về các kế hoạch vệ sinh, ví dụ tổng vệ sinh theo mùa
- Work with Superior and Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs.

Làm việc với cấp trên và Nhân sự về việc quản lý và kế hoạch nhân sự.
- Work with Superior and Finance in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget.

Làm việc với cấp trên và Kế toán về dự tính và quản lý ngân sách bộ phận.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Lương và service charge hấp dẫn
- Hai tháng thử việc hưởng đầy đủ lương và Service charge
- Tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội theo đúng luật định
- 5.5 ngày làm việc/tuần, 8.5 tiếng làm việc/ngày
- Được cung cấp đồng phục, giặt là và cơm theo ca tại khách sạn
- Được tham gia các khóa đào tạo của khách sạn và tập đoàn Wyndham.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience/Có kinh nghiệm buồng phòng trong các khách sạn có quy mô tương đương, bao gồm kinh nghiệm giám sát.
- Good communications skills/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Good writing skills/ Kỹ năng viết tốt.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Hotel Management System/Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng và hệ thống quản lý khách sạn.
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities/Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, phân tích, đặt mục tiêu, tổ chức và đào tạo.
- Strong Leadership skills in managing teams/Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo nhóm.
