Vị trí: Chuyên Viên Tư Vấn và Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng
**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:
- Tư vấn về sản phẩm, giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng, đại lý
- Theo dõi liệu trình và chăm sóc da cho từng khách hàng, đại lý
- Am hiểu tâm lý khách hàng, tạo lập các mối quan hệ với khách hàng để tìm thêm khách hàng mới
- Thu thập thông tin thị trường qua các khách hàng đang chăm sóc, lên kế hoạch cho bộ phận marketing về các chương trình remarketing
- Viết kịch bản các video ngắn về các tình huống thực tế gặp phải khi tư vấn khách hàng, để đăng lên các trang mạng xã hội
- Có khả năng livestream là 1 lợi thế
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**:
- Thu nhập: Thỏa thuận ( xứng đáng theo năng lực)
- Có kinh nghiệm ở lĩnh vực chăm sóc khách hàng, contact center, sales
- Có kiến thức và đam mê về lĩnh vực mỹ phẩm
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, khả năng xử lý tình huống tốt
- Customer service and sales oriented
- Chất giọng rõ ràng, khả năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục khách hàng
