**1. System support**

Hỗ trợ ABM và brand team trong việc cập nhật và xử lý thông tin vào các hệ thống nội bộ.

**2. Paper work**

Phụ trách các thủ tục về hồ sơ, giấy tờ và lưu trữ tài liệu.

**3. Logistics**

Phụ trách việc sắp xếp và vận chuyển theo yêu cầu.

**4. AW and POSM follow up**

Theo dõi việc phân phối sản phẩm, POSM theo các hoạt động activations

**5. Budget Tracking**
- Theo dõi việc sử dụng ngân sách trên hệ thống Ariba.
- Hỗ trợ ABM theo dõi việc sử dụng ngân sách thực tế so với kế hoạch.

**6. Competitors information consolidation**

Thu thập thông tin về đối thủ cạnh tranh về sản phẩm, giá cả,

- Định hướng phát triển theo lĩnh vực Marketing
- Sử dụng excel trong công việc: xử lý data, thực hiện các báo cáo
- Chịu được áp lực trong công việc, và có khả năng giao tiếp tốt với các phòng ban.
- Giao tiếp và sử dụng tiếng Anh thành thạo là lợi thế
