**JOB PURPOSE**

**WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE**

**Strategic Planning**:

- Develop, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies and initiatives that is aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand, plan, forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Communicate TP strategies, KPIs and expectations to senior leadership team and maintain constant communication and collaboration.
- Work with relevant functions (i.e., Legal, IT, etc.) on recruiting related matters.

**Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Partner and Talent Advisors, providing guidance and support in achieving recruitment goals.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Culturalizing Recruitment SLA and KPIs in the team.

**End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Utilize various sourcing tools (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) in attracting top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and expectations.

**Metrics and Reporting**:

- Track and report key recruitment metrics on Workday. Assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on recruitment activities.

**Others**:

- Transfer Recruitment Admin activities to internal Hub in Manila according to set Standard Operating Procedures, address any hiccups along the way to achieve smooth operations.
- Any other adhoc recruitment related activities assigned.

**Experiences & Qualifications**
- Proven track record in talent resourcing and execution with a total talent approach.
- 10+ years of experience with recruitment agency and in-house experience in a highly matrix organization.
- Experience in high-volume and senior recruiting.
- Experience in using ATS (Workday preferred) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong coaching, mentoring skills and stakeholder management.
- Highly analytical and organization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize conflicting priorities.
- Strong knowledge in recruitment best practices, employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborated in projects with Region/ Global Talent Acquisition teams.
- Prior experience in a RPO model would be advantageous.
