**Job summary**:
A large multinational company in the healthcare industry is looking for a District Manager, working in Hanoi.

**Responsibilities**:

- To establish and meet sales goals and strategies for both public and private channels in accordance with business strategy
- To supervise the sales team members' preparation and execution of the sales plan
- To evaluate, cultivate, and investigate prospects for growth in the public tender channel
- coaching team members to enhance their ability to close deals, handle tenders, and handle major accounts.
- To encourage and uplift the sales force.
- Oversee and develop Field Force to meet the company's goals.
- Be a productive team member who possesses strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills as well as a strong sense of motivation
- Create and oversee the implementation of budgets, targets, and sales plans for both public and private channels within predetermined geographic boundaries.
- Establish field force KPIs and oversee the team to guarantee sales performance.
- Make sure Field Force comprehends the positioning, focus, key messaging, brand strategy, and market dynamics.
- Gather, save, and report information about clients and field operations, including those of rivals.
- Send the manager a monthly business report.
- Follow the guidelines for business ethics.
- Comply with local laws, quality requirements, and rules when working.
- Human resource management
- Develop, oversee, and lead direct reporting.
- overseeing medical representatives to meet activity and sales targets
- Field coaching to help responsible medical representatives' detailed abilities.
- Build and inspire the team to ensure a mindset of high performance.
- When delivering the service to outside clients, work together across functional boundaries.
- Work together to investigate the possibility of creating a public channel.
- Create networks and collaborations in the healthcare industry with influential figures and thought leaders.
- Maintain KOL participation and management across public and private channels.
- Engage in accompanied working, regional meetings, and national conferences and make a meaningful contribution.
- Work together with the other field roles.

**Experience requirements**:

- Minimum of two to three years of sales management experience in a comparable market, with at least five years of experience as a leader and sales representative in the pharmaceutical sector

**Education requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmaceutical
