Development of sales plans and strategies for REF business in Vietnam

Ensure growth of market share for Refractive Devices

Conduct business reviews with ibase and grow share of wallet for consumables through account development plans for existing install base

To increase SMILE conversion rates for existing accounts

Development of financial and ROI plans for business proposals

Achieve and exceed sales and financial targets for Refractive

Marketing

Implement marketing strategies for REF

Engage in D2C marketing activities in collarboration with Marketing in local & Regional Team

Develop and engage with Key Opinion Leaders within the Refractive Business segment

Plan, coordinate and implement marketing activies such as product launches, round table discussions as well as workshops to grow the REF business in Vietnam
- Practice Development Counsultant

Business consulting to refractive practices, periodic visit to customers‘ site

Assist our customers in increasing consumables utilization and achieving business efficiency and profitability

Guide and manage country’ activities with regards to the execution of the PDC program

Identify trends, insights and optimize spend and performance based on the clinics’ insights and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in collaboration with the clinic.

Analyze clinics digital marketing campaigns on marketing efficacy and provide recommendations and hands-on support for improvement to foster the goal to assist our customers in their business growth

Market and Competitor Analysis and Growth

Provide market and competitor analysis for Vietnam.

Accountability for the growth of treatment pack sales for selected clinics

Provide all appropriate reporting to the Business Managers including but not limited to clinic performance, feedback, and competitor movements from customers on a weekly and monthly report

Education / Professional Certification

University Degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field

Experience

Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Sales Management / Business Development in the medical device industry, preferably with Capital Equipment and Medical consumables sales experience

Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Excellent leadership skills

High customer orientation

Good command of written and spoken English

Selling skills & account management skills

B2C, B2B2C as well D2C marketing skills.

Strong strategic orientation and comercial acumen.
