**Who are our Founders?**

**Shaily Garg**, a graduate of IIT Bombay, is on a mission to transform cross-border materials trade. Forbes named her one of the top 30 under-30 achievers in the world. She has also received a SheMaker award for her contributions to the manufacturing industry as a woman innovator. **Ashish Chandra **is a graduate of IIT Delhi and a former PwC director with extensive experience in the UK and Middle East markets.

Both founders have extensive manufacturing, logistics, and trade finance experience.

**What will be your duties & responsibilities?**
- Responsible for on-time execution of the projects as per the specifications given through the suppliers
- Be a SPOC for the Sales, Supply, and relevant teams to ensure that the project is delivered.
- Ensure the quality check process is adhered to in every project at Globalfair.
- Review the implementation & efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Plan, conduct & monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure a quality finished product
- Investigate customer claims and non-conformance issues
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality systems
- Continuous identification of new suppliers to optimize cost and meet the growing project requirements.
- Samples pick-up from the market and matching in India
- Help close the orders by sending samples to respective clients.
- Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventative actions

**What are the key requirements & skills?**
- A 2-6 yrs of experience in Quality Check
- Experience in QC for Vinyl flooring/ LVT/ SPC/ Plastic flooring, Quartz., sinks, and Cabinets
- Proactive in finding new vendors and opportunities in the market to supply existing and new material requirements
- Process and Packaging improvement for damage-free sample receipt by the client
