- Responsibilities_
- Support sales campaigns and trans-functional teams with contract preparations and negotiation.
- Anticipate customer’s future needs and promote Support & Services packages, to ensure smooth entry-into-service and long-term smooth entry-into-service and long-term customer satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of the campaign strategy in terms of satisfaction with commercial and economic objectives
- Contribute to the identification and measurement of all Sales drivers of Customer Satisfaction
- Support local marketing and communication activities
- Support from time to time and collaborate with other divisions
- Qualifications_
- University Degree in Business or Engineering and/or equivalent
- Good command of English and Vietnamese languages
- 5 to 7 years of working experience in the field of Aeronautics
- Existing knowledge of Vietnamese government agencies (civil & military) processes
