- Support sales campaigns and trans-functional teams with contract preparations and negotiation.
- Anticipate customer’s future needs and promote Support & Services packages, to ensure smooth entry-into-service and long-term smooth entry-into-service and long-term customer satisfaction
- Support the development and implementation of the campaign strategy in terms of satisfaction with commercial and economic objectives
