Our Hanoi agency is looking for a **Scrum Master** who can take charge of one of our client’s feature teams and support them on a daily basis in their various missions.

We have started a collaboration with a top provider of supply chain compliance solutions, that partners with brands, retailers and importers to secure, manage and optimize their global supply network.

With the help of a SaaS platform intended for quality control players, built by a benchmark player in the sector - the first of its kind - our client offers smart solutions to make products consumers can trust. Using on-the-ground experts, the company services include: quality inspections, supplier audits, certification, and lab testing.

**Job requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or hands-on experience working as Java / Mobile/ Python/ JavaScript Developer;
- ** 5+ years **of experience as a **Scrum Master** or Team Leader, Project Manager, in any well-known software environment;
- Previous work experience in an international team;
- Excellent command of Agile/ Scrum software delivery methodology;
- Understanding of software development processes and procedures;
- Good communication skills;
- Exceptional leadership skills, as you will play a model role and influence your team with your knowledge and Agile-infused experience of delivery;
- Good analytical skills;
- The ability to respond to issues/problems related to the team or project, in a quick and effective manner;
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

**Responsibilities**:
As a Scrum Master on this project, you will:

- Set up and support the teams in various agile ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, as well as Backlog Grooming;
- Help the team gain more autonomy and overcome their obstacles;
- Regularly measure the team's progress;
- Facilitate and coordinate exchanges with technical and functional stakeholders, both internal and external;
