We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Wealth & Liabilities Product Manager.Role holder will carry out activities which will include most of the below:
- Manage and provide Product support for Wealth and Insurance products, extend support to Liabilities products (Deposits, Debit Card and FX)
- Engage segments, branches, acquisition channels, marketing and decision management to drive portfolio growth
- Devise and implement process solutions for new products/campaigns/product variants to bring them to fruition (including those involving vendors) and manage them post implementation
- Maintain and monitor product pricing internally and externally (competitors)
- Own and optimize product policies and procedures to improve internal stakeholder and customer experience
- Keep track on product performance and profitability with regular analysis with data analytics team.
QualificationsCertifications, Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and effectively influence and communicate across various business lines at different levels within the organization.
- Excellent analytical skill with strong business acumen
- Proven track record of communicating effectively within the organization and with customer groups.
- Relevant experience on wealth & liabilities products with good understanding on the market landscape
- Minimum of 3 years work experience within banking or financial industry
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, related field.
