Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an WPB Trainer.

Job Purpose:

- Provide a first class training and learning service to the Retail Banking sales newcomers that meets and exceeds customer expectation.
- Ensure training programmes are designed and conducted based on training needs for all staff with various levels.
- Arrange and administer tailored and core training programmes.
- Arrange evaluation of training events as required.
- Emphasis of training to facilitate the acquisition of new knowledge, skills and abilities to enable improvement in job performance.
Qualifications
certifications, Qualifications & Experience:

- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of all products and propositions in HSBC retail banking.
- Experience in a customer service environment or related position.
- Experience in creating curriculum, presentations and facilitator guides.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely.
- Must have proven ability to rapidly develop and deploy training solutions to support program
