- Control PO from the customers and closely working with customer for delivery to satisfy customer requirements.
- Receive booking information from departments in the company, contact Shipping lines/Airline to get booking
- Submit SI VGM, issue Bill of Lading and Check import/export documents.
- Submit e MNF import shipment when authorized, Submit AMS for export US shipments
- Issue arrival notice, delivery order. Track and trace shipment vessel plan
- Resolution of customer queries, service issues as well as follow -up on outstanding
- Combined with accountant to make debit note, payment request, summarizing data and reporting to manager weekly.
- Update data on Internal company software to reflect shipment management.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, negotiate
**Education & Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
** Experience:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Logistics Customer Service within freight forwarding
