- Assisting In Monthly Closing And Relevant Financial Reports
- Assisting Intercompany Reconciliation
- Assisting In Handling The Balance Sheet And P&L- Assisting On Monthly Forecasts And Statistical Reports
- Assisting In Annual Audit Process**Invoicing And Payments Follow Up
- In Charge Of Preparing Payments
- Ensure Invoices Are Well Received From All Suppliers
- Following Very Strictly On All Payments To Be Received
- In Charge Of Re-Invoicing Process To Suppliers And Customers When Needed**Hr
- Support 3rd Party Hr Accountant On The Daily Documentation And Record-Keeping - Support Gm On Staff Recruitments
- Support On Documentation For Visa Or Other Administrative Duties**General Administrative Duty And Organisation
- Supervision Of The Good Organisation Of The Office At Several Levels (Erp / Dropbox / Hard Files / Sourcing Files) - Support For Various Administrative Duties And Day To Day Running Of The Office
