- Closely coordinating with KWE CB team and internal KWE's customer related departments to get updated shipment information.
- Allocating jobs on daily/weekly and monthly plan under KWE's customer’s instruction.
- Manages daily Vietnam (Hanoi & HCM) Global Trade operations activities.
- Supports KWE's customer Vietnam (Hanoi & HCM) Global Trade related shipment activities (overseas/International, No Charge, Customer return orders, document preparation, simple packing/re-packing of cargo, daily oversee pick up and collection of physical cargo by forwarders for export shipments and etc.)
- Supports shipment related query (e.g., shipment tracking, shipment flight details)
- Supports customs related query (e.g., shipments held at customs, duties payment, declared value, COO, description, licensing, HTS description in Vietnamese and etc.)
- Managing Vietnam licenses activities (import permits, export licenses and etc.)
- Managing Logistics Service Providers freight payments, freight verifications, Blanket Purchase Order/Non-PO payment activities for EMG & LSCA Trade Sales orders/shipments & No Charge shipments only.
- Manage duties/taxes payments for customs declaration.
- Handles trade related query and activities (e.g., Trade Collaborator activities - back up to raise No Charge Invoice, Columbo requests for product classification - ECCN & HTS and etc.)
- Assist in Shipment Delay Advisory for imports into VN and exports out of VN (if any).
- Raise i-Procurement request (if required) for Global Trade activities.
- Local contact for VN authorities’ interface, on behalf of KWE's customer.
- May contact/work with local engineers / Sales / Marketing personnel in VN for assistance to translate product description/function/specifications in local Vietnamese language.
- Report to KWE's customer manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in economic or equivalent, customs field, international trade, freight forwarding is preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes and practices with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customs clearance, customer service field in the same industry
- Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Proficient in PC skills and the business systems relevant to the position to enable the identification of operational problems.
- English skill in communicating by speaking, writing, listening and reading.
- Being able to work under high pressure.
