**Job description**:
**1. Recruitment and follow up On Board**:
- Define recruitment needs based on requirement, recruitment plan, recruitment budget. Build up/ revise Job Description.
- Conduct orientation training for new joiners.
- Make Preparation before on-boarding.
- Follow up and process assessment after probationary term.
- Consult with Agency and do independent searching for Labor market (recruitment trend, salary range).
**2. Assessment and Training.**
- Collect the mission of letter.
- Join with management to give the comments during the LOM interview and give the assessment on the performance of staff.
- Organize training and development program.
**3. Law and Regulation Compliance**:
- Build, update implement internal regulation.
- Monitor, remind, guide staffs to ensure the strict compliance with Company regulation.
- Prepare/Renew/Terminate Labor contract and maintain labor records and other HR documents per regulation.
- Prepare periodically reports to authorities and Head-Quarter.
- Handle Visa, Work-permit, Temporary Residence Cards, and other matters related to Expats.
**4. Compensation and Benefits**:
- Track attendance record, Prepare Salary statement, PIT, declare Social insurance, Health insurance, Unemployment insurance per regulation and other benefit for staffs as the company policy.
- Organize internal events.
- Other duties as per instruction from Management.
**II. Administrative task**
- Handle incoming call, welcome guest, Booking hotel, airline, restaurant for business trip and welcome guest.
- Purchase and control stationary, office equipment, follow up on repairs and maintenance of premises and office equipment.
- Claim and manage office expense: office rental, car rental, telephone fee, electricity, and parking fee, etc...
- Process all legal documents for office (IRC, ERC, company charter )
- File and store admin contracts.
**Job requirements**:
- 1. Education background:_
- Bachelor’s degree of Business administration, Human Resources, Law or related majors.
- Preferred university: National Economic University, Foreign Trade University, University of Economics and Business - Vietnam National University, or equivalent universities.
- 2. Required Skills/Abilities:_
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal, English and Vietnamese), excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to details, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work well both in team and independently.
- From 2 years experience in a similar position.
