- Managing day-to-day product marketing for core products, prioritizing objectives, and resolving obstacles to achieve business results.
- Driving client value propositions, positioning, pricing, targeting, and competitive differentiation to attain preferred status among affluent clients.
- Developing and executing functional strategies, coordinating across units, and providing input into strategic decisions affecting all bank plans.
- Innovating product offerings to address challenges such as commoditization and managing external partnerships and vendor relationships.
- Overseeing all aspects of program life cycle management, including market demands, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
- Managing acquisition targets, financial performance, revenue, and expense management goals.
- Defining and launching new products, features, and capabilities, including go-to-market strategy and technology development.
- Developing and communicating business plans, implementing team procedures, and resolving client management issues.
- Assessing risk, safeguarding the banks reputation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing personnel duties for the team.
- Leading product squads through Agile methodology, prioritizing product roadmap delivery, and achieving business objectives effectively.

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred Over 10 years of relevant industry experience. Five or more years of managerial experience. Proficient in managing cross-functional departments, including risk, finance, decision management, marketing, and operations, with direct and indirect reports. Knowledgeable about industry and competitor products/services. Skilled in strategy development, resource gathering, and motivating diverse teams. Experience with human-centered design and agile development is advantageous.
