Our client is a multinational development and advocacy establishment who is searching for talent to join their organization:
Directing technical programs with a focus on understanding local vulnerability issues, ensuring adherence to quality standards, enhancing staff capabilities, integrating monitoring and evaluation systems, and fostering innovationProviding technical guidance to staff and partners, overseeing program implementation, advocating for vulnerable groups, integrating faith-based approaches, and promoting knowledge sharingDeveloping plans for acquiring grants, engaging with donors, leading grant development processes, seeking funding opportunities, cultivating donor relationships, and collaborating with internal teamsLeading efforts to build staff capacity in grant management, addressing donor concerns, conducting monitoring visits, ensuring compliance, and managing grant implementationStrengthening disaster preparedness, enhancing disaster risk reduction efforts, building emergency response capacity, and securing funding for emergenciesAdvising senior management on strategic matters, promoting program quality, providing spiritual guidance, fostering team unity, ensuring staff well-being, and supporting staff developmentEnsuring team safety and security, managing risks, and fulfilling additional responsibilities as required

**Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in education, public health, community development, social works, strategic management, business administration, or any related fieldAt least 8 years experience in relief, development work, development and management bi-lateral grants, and other government grant compliance within World Vision in Asian contextSkilled at researching, monitoring, and evaluating impacts; and building capacity of others in these skillsFamiliar with government relations and international agenciesKnowledge across various development sectors such as Child Protection, Livelihoods, Health and Nutrition, Education, disaster management, gender equality, and environmental sustainabilityKnowledge in donor contacts and relations (e.g., Australian DFAT, New Zealand MFAT, Japanese MOFA/ JICA)High Christian values commitment and spiritual maturity; good understanding of working in restricted environmentStrong critical thinking and diplomacy skillsProficient in English
