This role will be part of the Transformation team in the Digital Transformation office. The transformation team will partner with technology to provide consulting and advisory services to the business. The transformation team will contribute to the business strategy, influence technology investment spend and define solutions to maximise value of company

This Role
This role is responsible for leading consulting assignments and engaging with senior business leaders to define business solutions and roadmaps for strategic business problems anchored on digitalisation. Guiding business investment to align with the agreed business value priorities, Technology Strategy and Target Architecture to maximise long term benefits and achieve company outcomes.

This role will facilitate the engagement of other teams and partners to deliver services and solutions in a coordinated manner.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Consulting
Engage with business leaders to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs.
Provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
Work with senior business leaders to translate needs into actionable initiatives and development requirements
Lead and work with cross functional teams to deliver the strategic roadmaps, prototypes, POC’s, and MVP’s
Define, structure and develop work products, deliverables and stakeholder communication
Conduct workshops with senior business leaders to uncover new opportunities to be explored, prototyped or developed
Innovation and Industry Trends
Conduct research to identify, assess and quantify new trends in demand and technology
Conduct research to benchmark competitor activities in strategic development areas, emerging technologies and digitalization
Attend and participate in industry events and forums to exchange and gain knowledge on emerging technologies with industry SME’s, and identify potential future partners

**Job Requirements**:
Knowledge and Experience
8-10 years experience within the technology, financial services or in business management consulting
5 years experience delivering business solutions
Experience with leading consulting and advisory engagements
Experience in leading business process improvement initiatives
Experience with delivering projects or programs
Ability to leverage appropriate techniques to lead the elicitation of requirements and solutions
Solid analytical skills required to define problem or process improvement opportunity, identify and analyse options and propose solutions
Presentation and communication skills and comfortable presenting to a wide range of audiences
Excellent spoken and written English

Working Knowledge of:
Business value modelling
Design thinking
Process design and re-engineering
Project management
Development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile etc
