- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Communicate with technical team to create proposal for new project
- Develop and budget business plans (solutions, team, costs, revenue, KPIs) suitable for the company's products and services, ensuring alignment with the board of directors.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Execute customer acquisition and expansion in APAC, Middle East, EU markets.
- Manage both personal and departmental KPIs.
- Proficiency in business English, effective communication with customers both online and offline.
- Ability to create presentations and deliver pitches to clients and audiences.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development in software development, digital transformation, or IT product business.
- Provide advice to the board of directors and development team on product features and alignment with market trends.
- Willingness to travel as per schedule or on short notice.

Preferred:

- Understanding of the domestic IT market and APAC, Middle East, EU regions.
- Knowledge of emerging technology platforms: Blockchain, AI, Low-code, ERP/CRM.
- Proactive, ambitious, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and embrace challenges.
