Job Describtion

As a Sales at Crisnam Vietnam, your primary responsibility is to independently lead and manage sales activities within the Pharmaceutical equipment sector, working closely with Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies. You will be responsible for driving sales, completing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned sector.

1.Sales Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to your pharmaceutical equipment sector, aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitors within the sector to identify new business opportunities.

2.Business Development:

- Identify potential clients and establish productive relationships with key decision-makers within your sector.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions from the range of products offered by Crisnam
- Conduct negotiations and close sales deals independently to meet or exceed sales targets.

3.Order Completion and Coordination:

- Collaborate with the headquarter team and partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with manufacturing companies and head quareter to resolve any issues related to product availability, quality, or delivery.

4.Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your sector.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and order updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues or escalations.

Job Requirement
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience, with preference given to those with experience in selling pharmaceutical equipment.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical equipment
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated
- Background in mechanical equipment or pharmaceutical-related fields preferred.
