A customer Acquisition Manager responsibility is to truly understand customer proposition and implement customer acquisition actions through different marketing efforts to help the company achieve the sustainable customer portfolio.

This position will be the key role for clearly understanding the direction, implementing, tracking and ensuring the customer acquisition actions being implemented effectively across key stakeholders to achieve maximum conversion rate.

This position will report to Customer & Marcom Senior Manager and taking an individual expertise role within the team structure.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY- Ensure the customer proposition & insight is translated well into customer acquisition action plans including marketing efforts to reach right targets for effective conversion rate.- Ensure all the focused of customer acquisition action plans are well communicated and clearly understanding from related teams to key stakeholders.- Ensure the monitoring & tracking of every campaign for progress or proposing a change immediately when necessary to achieve to targeted goals and for key learnings for next campaigns.- Ensure the all the customer acquisition actions & MKT efforts being communicated, guided and being used effectively from agency force.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY- Understand the industry nature, business requirement and customer segmentation, proposition and customer acquisition action plans that can answer the business requirements.- Understand the customer segmentation framework and be able to develop different customer propositions for different segments.- Understand the marketing efforts with a deep understanding of customer behaviour, insight, using data to analyse what works and what doesn’t win reaching potential customers through different customized proposition- Understand and be able to leverage various online marketing tools and techniques, staying up-to-date with the latest trends to ensure their strategies are effective.- Coordinate with media team for the up-to-date and right approach on social & other media channels- Coordinate with other stakeholders to keep updated on progress as well as being aware for any changes that may affection into the end goal- Agile mindset and be able to adapt with fast change and confidently steps into the unknown.- Be able to recognize and balance immediate priorities with future implications.

JOB QUALIFICATION- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field- Fluent in English and Vietnamese- Required competencies & proficiency: Customer Proposition & Acquisition (TOP priority); Marketing Communication; Digital Marketing; Stakeholder Management- At least 7 years of experience working in multi-national Customer/ Marketing Dept. or related departments with relevant experience.
