**Mô tả công việc**:
- Handling Staff SHUI, Salary and PIT coordination, office related cost and other various HR issues.
- Procurement of stationaries, handle office facility, staff working equipment issue such as network, computer etc.
- Handling expats administration scope (VISA, WP, accommodation tenancy etc.).
- Handling office contract/tenancy contrac; company licence, Export documents;
- Foreign Visitors VISA, hotel, flight tickets, transportation support coordination for promotion/short business trip purpose.
- Company transportation work scope (ie claim, maintenance, driver’s coordination etc).
- Make payment request.
- Manage domestic & international courier.
- Manage staff profile.
- Coordination with relevant authorities.
- Other tasks as required.

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**:
- Experience in company HR / admin work (PIT, Salary, SHUI, office/staff administrative) more than 5 years.
- Fluent in English (4 skills).
- Experience coordination/ negotiation with relevant authorities
- Deeply understand about relevant laws in HR & Admin, especially PIT & SHUI.
- Experience business admin (visitor VISA, WP, PIT, hotel, rent car arrangement).
