Mô tả Công việc
Receiving and processing sales orders with Customers and Suppliers, delivery orders in a timely manner.
Work closely with Customers and Suppliers on orders tracking.
Process sales transaction in the company internal CRM, ensure the CRM is well updated for each order( CRM system using will be trained)
Monitor implementation progress, contract payments, check and coordinate with Sales and - Accounting Dept to collect customer debts.
Compiling weekly reports to management board
Record and organize paperwork, contracts, and documents.
Supporting other departments with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Purchase and manage stationary, office supplies and equipment maintenance
Other tasks as assignment by Head of admin department

**Skills**:At least 2 years work experience in the role of administrative staff at multinational companies and have ability to translate documents from Vietnamese into English
Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Maturity, proactivity, independence, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to work in a professional and challenging environment.
English: fluent speaking, good writing skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English language, Economic.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
Female applier is preferred (from 24-28 years old)
BENEFITS:
Salary Range: 500-600USD
Income includes Salary based on experience, 13th - monthly Bonus, and annual bonus
Annual salary review.
