- Get and check sale taking from cashier
- Nhận và kiểm tra takings từ cashers_
- Do receiving cash voucher from sales, payment from guest and other receivable
- Lập phiếu thu tiền mặt từ sales, khách hàng thanh toán và các khoản thu khác_
- Update informations on sale taking on sale report for month (Sales report with form of payment)
- Cập nhật các thông tin trên takings vào báo cáo bán hàng theo tháng (Báo cáo sales theo hình thức thanh toán)_
- Take data from POS and compare with sale taking and update on sales daily report
- Lấy dữ liệu từ phần mềm bán hàng (POS) cập nhật vào báo cáo sales daily (chi tiết theo món ăn, thức uống_
- Issue red invoice for customer
- Xuất hoá đơn bán hàng cho khách hàng_
- Follow up Account receivable
- Theo dõi công nợ phải thu khách hàng_
- Update credit document from bank
- Cập nhật chứng từ báo có ngân hàng_
- Do planning to push account receivable
- Lập kế hoạch thu hồi công nợ khách hàng_
- Confidential internal information following regulation of company
- Bảo mật thông tin kế toán theo qui định của công ty_

- Academic Background: College or University graduate, preferred in Economics, accounting and auditing.
- Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, kế toán, kiểm toán._
- Working Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương._
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
