**Key Accountabilities**:

- HR Shared Services Delivery:

- Execute monthly Payroll, and final payment and ensure the process and calculation are accurate, on time, and compliant with the Company policies and Labor Law;
- Be the PIC of (including but not limited to) PIT declaration, SHUI compliance, labor contract, employee resignation documents, and labor report;
- Support and prepare documents for discipline and HR compliance to help the business stay on track with milestones.
- Proactive in updating laws related to employees and consulting Team Leaders and members to ensure HR operations are in accordance with the Law.
- HRIS Implementation:

- Verify and control data including but not limited to the organization chart, and employee transactions,, manage and store the organization chart of the company effectively on HR System;
- Ensure all of the information related to employee information is updated on time and accurately;
- Aggregate and analyze payroll data, highlight and give warnings on the issues for the Team Leader.
- HR Shared Services Communication:

- Communicating policies, and regimes related to salaries, bonuses, and benefits to enhance employee understanding and compliance and maximize the effectiveness of personnel policies and regimes;
- Explaining and responding to questions related to payroll, PIT, policies, procedures, labor law

**Key Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 years of experience in the payroll, HR relations/ HR general;
- Having knowledge of Vietnam Labor law, PIT Law, and Social Law;
- Have experience in utilizing the system on daily operations;
- Can handle extensive data in payroll and controlling;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads;
- Good at MS Excel, and Word;
- Proactive, transparent / sharing, and positive thinking.
- Basic communication English.
