**Description**
- Support payroll info collection and monthly payroll checking for VN team and relevant filing regarding C&B updating and policy.
- Administer Social Insurance and tax filing, annual tax return for VN.
- Administer medical and benefits enrolment, change and termination.
- Conduct new associate’s on-boarding (first day briefing).
- Handle filing and prepares all HR related correspondences.
- Support on expatriates ‘related matters when required e.g. housing, schooling, transportation, relocation, work permit, visa, bank account opening, etc
- Coordinate with the HR suppliers/vendors on delivery of service.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in HR system and assist in maintenance of the system.
- Updates organizational charts, headcount tracking reports, associate files, and HRAccess to deliver consistent and accurate data and reporting; works with HR partners to conducts all employment related reporting;
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and analysis.
- Act as the HR-Admin of HR system, work with India or regional team for any system issues.
- Support to organize the engagement activities/ Training activities.
- Answer employee enquiries in relation to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the maintenance of Associate Website.
- Provide any other supports as and when required.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or above with an HR or organizational behaviour discipline preferred but not mandatory
- At least 4 years of experience in the HR function.
- Knowledge on Human Resources, understanding of Vietnamese labor law and relevant regulation, social insurance rule, tax rule.
- Attentive to details and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge and ability to navigate HR-related information systems and analyze data.
- Advanced analytical and trouble shooting skills.
- Knowledge of engagement tactics related to culture, diversity and inclusion, and foundational knowledge of different cultures
- Confidentiality: proven ability to maintain confidentiality on work-related issues.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven customer service skills
- Excellent command of English.
