We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Officer.

Based in Thao Dien, D2, HCMC

Working hours: 8 hours/ day (5 days/ week)

**1/ Description**:
**C&B**
- Calculate and carry out procedures for monthly salary and bonus payments;
- Manage and check leave, compensatory leave, overtime, and other regimes according to the Company's rules and regulations;
- Monitor and update data on increases and decreases in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance and compare with social insurance agencies monthly. Carry out procedures related to insurance policies for employees;
- Declare different personal income tax schedules, and report personal income tax finalization

**Labor relations**:

- Manage, arrange, and store personnel records, track personnel lists, and reward and disciplinary records of each employee;
- Consulting, guiding employees, and answering all questions related to salary policies, regimes, and other related issues;
**Building a policy system**:

- Develop and propose improvements to the organization-management model as well as the functions and tasks, title system of Blocks/Departments/Divisions in the Company;
- Develop job descriptions for internal vacancies within the company
- Recruitment for internal positions within the company
- Carry out surveys, analyses, and designs, and propose corrections to policies and solutions to improve governance
- Build employee KPIs
- Propose initiatives to improve irrationalities in mechanisms, management principles, procedures, regulations, etc. to increase operational efficiency and system quality;
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors

**2/ Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Trade
- Experience minimum 3 years or more in a similar position
- Having experience in an accounting position is an advantage
- Proficient in English
- Knowing Labor is an advantage
- Good communication skills, hardworking, honest.
