- Coordinate the entire onboarding process and collect necessary documents from new employee for P-file records and Workday/ employee data file entry.
- Assist in updating materials for the shared HR onboarding information folder.
- Probation:

- Track and follow up after completion of probation period to ensure payment or initiation of benefits upon completion of successful probation period (e.g : one-off relocation allowance for Indonesia..)
- Support record keeping and Workday/employee data file updates upon employee successfully completing probation period.
- Exit:

- Coordinate off-boarding logistics for employees leaving the company (e.g: termination decision, mutual agreement, final payment, inform related department..)
- Ensure retention of records in Workday/employee data and P-file
- Payroll/Systems
- Support data integrity of Workday/ employee data file and personnel file records by ensuring all data are updated timely to reflect the current status; prepare company documents for internal job transfer, promotion, relocation, etc.
- Support HR Operations Lead, Asia on partnership with external payroll vendor
- Support the HR Operations Lead on the administration of payroll and benefits function for the various entities under Brooks Asia.
- Coordinate with local external payroll vendor to process payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in responding to employees regarding questions relating to payroll production. Escalate to the HR Operations Lead as needed.

Inquiries Management and miscellaneous administration:

- Assist with employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefit schemes (e.g payslip, MO bucks, customary gifts, leave of absence. Escalate to HR Operations Lead as needed.
- Assist employees on acquiring company letter (e.g: employment confirmation letter.)
- Follow up with employee on personal income tax payment per local tax authorities notice as needed.
- Work closely with Asia Admin team and Global Workday team to cross check annual leave/ sick leave tracking, MO bucks, customary gifts.
- Coordinate payment of invoices for payroll service fee and HR legal service.
- Support HR Operations Lead, Asia on training logistics for various departments.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

**Qualifications***:

- Associates degree in HR or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years’ work experience in Payroll and/or HR operations.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office programs.
- Understand of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Results-oriented person with the ability to balance and prioritize numerous tasks and utilize all available resources with a high sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Passionate participation in Brooks’ sports activities a plus, overridden by the ability to understand and empathize with the runner in order to develop loyal, engaging relationships with our customers and the Brooks community.
