One of our core services is the provision of in-country representatives to support our clients at selectively strategic locations in South and Southeast Asia.

We are seeking an experienced education professional to join the Acumen team in HCMC, to provide full-time support to one of our higher education clients, the University of Wisconsin-Stout (UW-Stout), as a Student Recruitment Manager. You will work with our Partner Success team and the rest of our central team in HCMC.

Where you will work

We are Acumen, the education brand of Sannam S4 Group, a fast-growing education and market entry consulting firm. We provide high-quality consulting and support services to international education clients globally, including the provision of in-country representatives. Our business in Southeast Asia is expanding rapidly, with staff across five locations, including Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.

You will work closely with the Partner Success team to deliver exceptional operations support and assist the Country Director in running Acumen's business expansion.

What you will do

Your main responsibilities will be:

- _ Student Recruitment (80%)_
- Lead the planning and delivery of activities to achieve annual recruitment targets set for the Vietnam market.
- Represent the University, and its values, at education promotion and recruitment events, such as exhibitions, seminars, and events organized by recruitment agents or directly.
- Work collaboratively across the University’s International team to deliver on shared targets, build capability, and improve recruitment activity.
- Work effectively with International Admissions to ensure the University’s Admission Guidelines and Policies are adhered to along with complying with the Code of Conduct while providing constructive feedback when improvements are identified.
- _ Market Intelligence (10%):_
- Contribute to the University’s market intelligence through gathering, synthesizing, and sharing relevant current market information and opportunities that can support the University to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- _ Business Support (10%):_
- Assist the University in providing insights and inputs to a range of other tasks as required including, but not limited to:

- organizing and conducting visits to campus by agents, institution representatives, and other officials from relevant regions;
- providing input into Roadmap planning for Vietnam including budget planning and expenditure
- providing internal and external reporting
- Stakeholder relationship management and representing International Student Recruitment in internal university and external forums; and
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Regional Manager or other senior team members.

What you bring to the team
- Completion of a degree and/or relevant combination of skills and experience.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and/or marketing with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge on international education.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate and present effectively to groups, and with a diverse range of people and organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, as well as work independently using initiative and judgment.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
- A valid passport with the ability to travel around Vietnam and the U.S.A.
