RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Base in HCMC and travel frequently.
- Land and project sourcing from local business partners.
- Property acquisition from private 3rd parties.
- To Manage land grants/bank and projects acquisition processes.
- To seek out new real estate business development opportunities for multiple sites develops.
- To coordinates and implements marketing plans designed to identify and capture new business opportunities that will maximize the utilization and revenue from land & assets.
- To establishes and implements an integrated strategic planning process for business development.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- More than 8-year working experiences in business development for land sourcing and project acquisition.
- Strong local network and channels.
- Outgoing, self-motivated, and excellent people skills.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (must).
- Strong sense and understanding on government approval process.
- Strong government network.
- Preferred:_
- Experiences in industrial development and logistic real estate industries.
- Experiences in major real estate developers or real estate agencies (i.e. CBRE, CFLD, Colliers, Mapletree, BWID, Sembcorp etc.).
- Strong understanding for logistic real estate business, economics, and underwriting.
