- Manage budgets and lead target campaigns across all digital channels;
- Develop & optimize acquisition campaigns on digital channels including Search, Display, Mobile, and Social to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC;
- Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset;
- Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models, and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns;
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met;
- Develop, build, and run A/B tests across landing pages;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

- Job Requirement:

- Based in HCMC;
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a proven track record of excellence;
- Full professional proficiency/native in written and oral Vietnamese;
- Conversant in English (fluency is a plus but not a requirement);
- Experience writing direct-response copy is a huge
