**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Performance Marketing Lead** to be based in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam, who can drive forward our performance marketing services (eCommerce platform ads, paid performance marketing, and social commerce) as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will lead the Performance Marketing execution team and partner with clients to deliver best-in-class digital marketing services. Jointly with your team, you will deliver campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital marketing.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Work closely with clients and internal teams ( Commercial Key Account Management and Creative) to develop the digital marketing plan - budget recommendation, suggested channels, performance projections, and reports - aimed at achieving revenue and ROI targets
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of implemented digital marketing plan
- Partner with your team to set up, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive key performance metrics across ecommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, and Tiki), SEM (Google Shopping), social media (Collaborative/CPAS), and emerging channels (Tiktok ). Provide real-time recommendations to ensure consistent growth, achieve targeted revenue and secure a healthy ROAS
- Oversee analytics and performance reports to share with clients, advising them with actionable insights and best practices
- Represent the interest of our clients to our partner platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, and other channels
- Coordinate with Intrepid Regional Team as needed on projects, best practices, and adoption of martech tools
- Manage, develop, and coach a team of digital specialists.

**Who We Look For
- The Ideal Profile**:

- 4+ years of digital marketing / ecommerce marketing experience, either working with ecommerce platforms or a marketing role in a media agency / ecommerce enabler/brand or distributor.
- Proficiency in media planning, budget management, and performance optimization with a proven record of achieving targets and delivering high-quality output
- Must have extensive knowledge and hands-on campaign execution experience on ecommerce Marketplace Search Ads (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki) as well as experience in different digital media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Instagram ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.,
- Understanding of performance success metrics as well as tracking tools (ecommerce tracking, Google analytics, Google tag manager, Facebook Pixel tracking, UTM, 3rd Party Ad Serving (Campaign Manager))
- Client service mindset
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing or supervising a team are a plus
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced client-driven start-up and ecommerce environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communication Studies, or other related courses. Digital Marketing Certification on Meta (Facebook) and Google Ads and ecommerce, e.g. Shopee and Lazada, Marketing Solutions background is a plus
