**Job Description**:
Managing budgets and lead target campaigns across all digital channels.

Developing & optimizing acquisition campaigns on digital channels including Search, Display, Mobile, and Social to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure mindset.

Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models, and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.

Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.

Develop, build and run A/B tests across landing pages. Experience writing direct-response copy is a huge benefit.

Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Our Requirements

Based in HCMC;
Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a proven track record of excellence;
Full professional proficiency/native in written and oral Vietnamese;
Conversant in English (fluency is a plus but not a requirement);
Able to commit at least 6 months to the internship;
Background in real estate is an advantage.
