**Job description**:
Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omni-channel solution for luxury affordable brands to reach GenZ consumers in Vietnam, one of the fastest-growing regions in the world. She focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging an in-house agency and in-house technology solutions to bring the most effective brand launching that would benefit the end consumers.
- **Metrics that matter for Performance Marketing at Lixibox**:Customer acquisition cost, Cost per order, Number of pageviews, Revenue & Return on Ad Spent by traffic source. Specifically, your responsibilities will consist of:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Execution (80%)**
- Manage and run performance campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Google ) to drive sales, and new customers,...and ensure healthy ROAS.
- Define and conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Content & Revenue team to come up with the right Creative assets for the right audience
- Be in charge of technical issues on the ads platform and work with the Tech team to troubleshoot.
- Work directly with Account Managers from ads platforms to stay on top of Ads updates
- **Reporting & planning (20%)**:

- Report daily, weekly & monthly to capture performance marketing efforts, make recommendations and execute to ensure KPI is on track.
- Create monthly plan including channels, ads objective, budget, target audience, and KPI to deliver successful campaigns
- Explore reporting or optimization tools to save time and drive performance.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge in setting up and optimizing Google Ads or Facebook
- Possess thirst for knowledge, resilience and ability to work under high pressures.
- Straightforward, effective communication, high moral standards, open mind to learn and critical thinking to make decisions
