Employ an impeccable execution of online advertising (FB ads/ GG ads), social media
Optimize targeting, segmentation, and allocation of budgets across multiple channels to generate cost effective user actions
Ensure that leads are converted into paid customers through well-crafted campaigns and close collaboration with the sales team
Work with internal and external production professionals in the delivery of activity, from proposals, design, and actual build.
Report timely on the effectiveness of campaigns, conversion rates, online-generated sales. Conducts analyses on the performance against ROI and KPIs. Estimate profitability of those campaigns.
Develop in-house marketing automation
Identify growth opportunities, develop new and innovative growth strategies

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Minimum 1 years experience with a track record in digital/performance marketing positions
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in performance marketing
Know how to use Google Tag Manager, HTML, CSS is a plus
An “A-team” player with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly adaptable, collaborative, can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions
Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by growth & productivity
Have a positive can do attitude, have initiative and be proactive in problem-solving beyond the call of duty
A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to manage, prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
Have experience in Thai market is a plus
