**Position: Sales Manager (Contract Logistics)**

**Reporting to**: Head of Sales

**Role Overview**:
The Sales Manager is responsible for building strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, leveraging our technology platform to provide value-driven solutions. You will manage customer interactions, understand their inventory storage and transportation needs, and deliver tailored business proposals. The role will require frequent outreach, business development, and collaboration across the organization to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction. This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers.
- Identify and engage with target customers to understand their logistics requirements.
- Propose tailored logistics solutions using Wareflex's technology and resources.
- Assess and capitalize on opportunities to expand and adapt existing services.
- Execute a business development plan to drive revenue growth.
- Focus on winning deals, lead generation process, ensuring smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Regularly update progress and report on key activities.
- Proven track record in logistics sales and revenue generation in Vietnam.
- A positive, energetic, and team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and development.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions with resilience and sincerity.
- Self-starter, capable of taking initiative and leading a team in the future.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- 6+ years of experience in a similar role within logistics or technology-based services.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver high-impact presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Familiarity with WMS/TMS/IMS software is advantageous.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Graduate degree from a top university, either in Vietnam or abroad.
- Previous experience with a LogTech startup or a multinational 3PL company.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese language is not negotiable.
