Are you passionate about exploring the potential of the agriculture market and eager to contribute to the development of the fertilizer industry? We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Sales Manager to join our team

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales volume in the fertilizer industry.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Manage and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze the market, assess competition, and propose effective business solutions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Good at English skills and Computer: MS Office/Internet
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural industry. (For MRG at least 03 years)
- Excellent leadership skills, strategic management ability, and team-work ability.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers and partners.
- Willingness to business travel as needed.
