- Take charge of overseeing the complete P&L, sales, operations, and market expansion in Vietnam.
- Effectively manage local portfolios and accounts while collaborating with the team at headquarters.
- Oversee the organization's financial and operational performance, planning, development, and implementation.
- In accordance with business goals, pricing policies, marketing strategies, and sales targets, negotiate and conclude commercial agreements.
- Prospect and cultivate new clients proactively, seeing possible business prospects.
- Oversee projects with a target market share growth, paying particular attention to local clients.
- Create strategic strategies to promote project advancement, follow up on fresh leads, and foster business growth.
- Keep in touch with the headquarters team on a frequent basis and efficiently, and prepare sale reports

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, including chemical engineering, têxtile and apparel, etc.
- Proven record of excellent sales goals and using revenues to advance company expansion, ideally in the chemical industry.
- Significant experience in the têxtile dyeing industry, a dye laboratory, or proficient technical knowledge in dyeing products.
- Ability to work independently and provide regular updates to the Taiwanese headquarters team.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and networking skills to manage local accounts and develop new clientele.
- Good English language ; Mandarin speaking is an advantage
