Key Accounts Supervisor

**_JOB DESCRIPTION_**:
1. Lead Team (SR - Merchandisers) to ensure:
- Instore operation: sell in / sell out / inventory - esp EOE target
- New Innovation Availability & Visibilities - Achieving Sales KPIs (Target / Profit)
2. Within your assigned customers/areas: Responsible for the HVN visibilities & images (mainshelf - offshelf). Active providing feedbacks and action proposals with internal team & cross functions. Explore & align the best location, POP, POSM in stores to deliver the leadership in visibilities while still ensure ROI
3. Responsible to provide quality and on-time information of market, centralize area reports and build up action plan to meet fundamentals & business results (competitors, new launches, company activities, )
4. Responsible in leading, coaching and guiding SR/Mer via Weekly-Monthly team meetings, On the field coaching.
5. Work with cross function to handle issues relating delivery, customers complain, stock returns,
6. Responsible in expanding distribution following NSO from customers & setting route to market for OP team - keep Excellent of Execution in market
7. Establish & built up relationship with customer at store level, handle objections and complaints effectively and follow up all the requests from customers.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
- 2-3 years in the field of Sales Operations
- Understanding of business departments (Trade MKT, Customer, Planning, Field, CS, Finance)
- Ability to guide, lead, and build teams
- Have good relationships with customers
- Have communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- English communication
