Key Account Executive Lead

KAE lead identifies, assesses, and executes national key account strategy and activities in nationwide for Pfizer hospital portfolio across categories. The role will deliver innovation and thought leadership to the national key accounts to enhance stakeholder engagement by representing the full spectrum of Pfizer value-added services and establishing a short-term and long-term partnership
- Lead development of national KAM strategy and optimize the deployment of KAE and resources
- Lead structured national and regional key account mapping and profiling
- Build an innovative National KAM Strategy based on key stakeholders’ needs and
changing healthcare environment
- Optimize the deployment of KAM resource allocation aligned with Pfizer priorities
- Enhance KAM operation model to improve coverage and deepen stakeholder
engagement
- Anticipates, mitigates, and manages the risks to both Pfizer and Key accounts
- Guide KAE to effective support commercial programs and stakeholder engagements both in public and private ate Key Accounts
- Guide to developing integrated account planning and ensuring effective
execution
- Assess commercial opportunities for private key accounts and guide execution of
account strategy
- Build short-term and long-term partnerships with key accounts -Guide key stakeholder mapping associated with key accounts -Guide to developing “Compelling Value Propositions” and positioning Pfizer as a trusted partner -Support to represent the full spectrum of Pfizer value and services to the key accounts
- Lead the development of a high-performing KAM Team with high integrity
- Assess and enhance the capability of Key Account Management
- Accountable for coaching, motivating the team, developing, and engaging of
the team
- Fully leverage Global & Regional sources of KAM COE (Center Of Excellence)
- Ensure 100% compliance with all corporate policies and Procedures
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred pharmaceutical or business degree
- 5-10 years of experience in Pharma or Biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in field force management including hiring, directing, and managing field force activities or Key Account Management experience (preferred)
- People management experience nationwide (preferred)
- Management and/or marketing experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of the evolving healthcare environment
- Business Skills and Competencies
- A proven track record in leadership and performance
- Strategic Thinking
- Strong business acumen with business analysis
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with both internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage cross-functional partnerships that are aligned with business goals
- Demonstrated ability to effectively execute business plans
- People Development experience: able to lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve the company objectives
- A Proven record of high integrity and compliance
- Good communication in written and spoken English
