**THE POSITION**
**Key Account Manager **, Poultry**
- The main purpose of the role is to assist in the creation and roll out of Key Account strategies related to Poultry technical, sales and VTS. Establishing professional relationships with key personal in KAs and International key account.
- Determine and exploit potential of the account by optimizing business performance.
- Continuous assessment clarification, validation and management of customer needs.
- Lead and coordinate the solution development and needed activities to meet customer needs.
**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Deliver on the agreed financial targets.
- Achieve strategic customer objectives in line with Top KAs strategy in Vietnam.
- **Key **A **ccount **P **lanning**:
- Complete the yearly key account plan in line with Boehringer Ingelheim key account planning standards.
- Pro-actively identifies, assesses and validates customer needs and translates the needs into the action plan.
- Communicates pro-actively with the global key account manager and BU.
3. Provides management and technical solutions to create win-win situations.
4. Monitoring of product trials or evaluation.
5. Work and support closely with Technical, VTS and Marketing and Head of BU and distributor’s team.
6. Provide support in pushing for the sales of specific products in identified Key accounts, Customer Business Plan execute.
7. Support and deploy implementation of Vaccination Technologies and Services (VTS) programs.
8. Leads by example in pursuing the mission and corporate values of BI and adherence to the provisions of HSE policies.
**Requirements**:
**Minimum education /Degree requirement**:D octor of Veterinary Medicine/ Engineer of husbandry and veterinary with minimum five (5) years field experience in poultry health and management.
**Required capabilities( Skill, Experience, competencies)**:
- Excellent communication, convincing and presentation skills. English skill
- Innovative and creative, willing to work and in and around poultry
- Highly professional and ethical, willing to learn and improve
- Customer focused and Leadership competencies.
