**Position Description / Key and Responsibilities**:

- To lead poultry products’ technical service activities, guiding Key Account Customers, distributors to increase penetration of poultry products.
- Visiting key account farms and distributor key customers including product introduction, technical training, technical consultancy.
- Carry out marketing trials with farms including demand evaluation, protocol designing, trial follow-up, report writing.
- Carry out product trials with universities/institutes including protocol building, trial follow-up, report writing.
- Update technical information for poultry (vaccine/medication program, diseases ); and work with experts (researchers, lecturers, suppliers, independent consultants)
- Be speaker at workshops, conferences and staff training.
- Work closely with Poultry Product Manager and Key Account Sales Managers to align with marketing & technical strategies for each product.
- Report to Livestock Technical Manager.
- Ensuring of myself and my subordinates (if any) comply with the company rules and regulations including Ethics and Compliance and external laws and regulations.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Graduated from Veterinary Faculty.
- At least 2 years of Poultry farm experience.
- 3-7 years of technical experience in animal health company (vaccines, antibiotics and biosecurity).
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven technical service management ability.
- Experience to gain clinical trial management.

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Good in communication and collaboration
- Competency in MS Office (excel, power point and word)
- Willing to travel in Vietnam
- Have strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal/communication skills with reliable follow-through
- High flexibility to adjust quickly and effectively to frequent change and altered priorities, and able to work under pressure and compliance with strict deadlines
- Demonstrate commitment to company values with a high level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and trust
- Demonstrated success managing effective teams in complex business environments and establish team credibility and facilitate operational agreement
