Game Marketing Executive

Với vai trò Marketing Executive cho các thể loại **Female-oriented games** _(_Otome - cốt truyện lãng mạn,_ _Fasing game - thời trang,..._**)** của nhà phát hành games, bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cho sự thành công, hiệu quả và đúng mục tiêu khi thực thi các hoạt động marketing, chi tiết như sau:
- Chịu trách nhiệm thực thi các hoạt động Marketing cho sản phẩm theo mục tiêu, chiến lược được đề ra từ Marketing Manager.
- Lên kế hoạch thực thi cho các hoạt động/mục tiêu đã được đề ra.
- Quản lý về mặt tasklists/leadtime cho các hoạt động marketing cho sản phẩm, để đảm bảo các hoạt động được thực hiện hiệu quả về mặt chất lượng và thời gian
- Kết nối và làm việc với các stakeholders khác nhau (team nội bộ, media agency, KOLs/Influencers,...) một cách hiệu quả để tạo ra nội dung hấp dẫn, đảm bảo thời gian và các hoạt động được hoàn thành đúng tiến độ
- Báo cáo và tổng hợp các báo cáo liên quan đến hiệu quả của hoạt động marketing cho cấp trên.
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Quản lý trực tiếp.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Am hiểu về ngành game, yêu thích và đam mê chơi games, đặc biệt là các tựa games: Nikki, Love and Deepspace, Genshin Impact,...
- Có từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí tương đương, thể hiện được năng lực lên ý tưởng, thực thi và tối ưu hóa kế hoạch cho các hoạt động Marketing cho sản phẩm. Từng làm việc trong môi trường/ngành có sự thay đổi và chuyển dịch nhanh chóng là một lợi thế
- Có năng lực giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh tốt
- Có tiếng Trung là một lợi thế
- Chịu khó, cần cù, không ngại học hỏi điều mới hay vượt qua thử thách
- Có tư duy phản biện và hiểu rõ mục tiêu, lý do khi thực hiện công việc
