Dựa trên sự hiểu biết về sản phẩm games thuộc thể loại **MMORPG** hoặc **eSports**, với vai trò **Community Marketing Executive** cho game studio phát hành, bạn có nhiệm vụ đảm bảo sự phát triển bền vững của cộng đồng game và tăng cường sự gắn kết của người chơi với sản phẩm, thông qua các chiến lược và chiến dịch cộng đồng sáng tạo và hiệu quả. Chi tiết như sau:
**1. Quản lý và phát triển cộng đồng**:

- Xây dựng, quản lý, và phát triển các hội nhóm cộng đồng cho sản phẩm game trên các nền tảng xã hội (Facebook, Discord, Telegram, v.v.) và các diễn đàn.
- Tạo môi trường tích cực, gắn kết, khuyến khích người chơi tham gia và tương tác lâu dài với cộng đồng.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo chiến lược cộng đồng phù hợp với định hướng phát triển sản phẩm.

**2. Quản lý đội ngũ cộng tác viên**:

- Tuyển dụng, hướng dẫn, và quản lý đội ngũ cộng tác viên để hỗ trợ chăm sóc, quản lý cộng đồng.
- Đảm bảo các cộng tác viên hoạt động hiệu quả, tuân thủ quy chuẩn và duy trì sự phát triển của cộng đồng.

**3. Lập kế hoạch và thực thi hoạt động cộng đồng**:

- Lên ý tưởng, xây dựng kế hoạch, và thực hiện các chiến dịch cộng đồng (online và offline).
- Thực hiện các chương trình như mini-game, event đặc biệt, hoặc các hoạt động tương tác để tăng cường sự gắn bó của người chơi.
- Xây dựng các nội dung truyền thông sáng tạo trên các kênh cộng đồng.

**Kinh nghiệm**:

- Từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực quản lý cộng đồng hoặc social media, ưu tiên trong ngành game.
- Có kinh nghiệm tổ chức sự kiện online/offline, giải đấu game, hoặc các hoạt động tương tác.
- Đã từng chơi và hiểu về các dòng game MMORPG hoặc eSports là một lợi thế lớn.

**Kỹ năng**:

- Thành thạo quản lý và phát triển cộng đồng trên các nền tảng như Facebook, Discord, Telegram.
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và quản lý dự án từ đầu đến cuối, bao gồm việc phát triển nội dung và điều phối các nhóm liên quan.
- Tư duy sáng tạo trong việc xây dựng các chiến dịch truyền thông và gắn kết cộng đồng.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống, và làm việc nhóm xuất sắc.
