**Responsibilities**:

- ** Content Creation**:

- Develop, plan, and work with stakeholders (product/marketing owners, designers, video editors, etc.) to produce diverse content, including articles, images, videos, infographics, livestreams, short-form videos, memes, etc. for various channels (social media, website, blog, forum, etc.).
- Ensure content is engaging, creative, accurate, and tailored to each channel, capturing the attention of Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and female audiences in VN.
- Work closely with the product owner to understand product insights, target audience, and product roadmap to develop content that aligns with the overall product strategy and resonates with players.
- Localize content for the VN market (translation, cultural adaptation) and/or collaborate with local team members in overseas markets to ensure culturally relevant and impactful content.
- Support the Content Lead in executing marketing campaigns and community activities.
- ** Research & Analysis**:

- Research market trends, competitors, and content trends to generate fresh ideas.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
- ** PR and Branded Content**:

- Contribute to PR efforts by creating press releases, media kits, and other materials.
- Develop and execute branded content campaigns that integrate seamlessly with the game's narrative and world.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote the game.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Support other departments (Marketing, Product, Community Management) in content-related activities.
- ** UA Content Execution**:

- Receive UA Content Plans from the Digital UA team.
- Develop detailed content briefs and collaborate with stakeholders to produce the required assets (images, videos, ad copy, etc.).
- Deliver finalized content to the UA team for ad campaign implementation.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Proven experience in content marketing roles, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Deep understanding of content marketing principles, digital marketing best practices, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and female audiences in VN and SEA markets.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative persona.

**Pluses**:

- Experience with game projects.
- Strong network of industry contacts, including influencers and media outlets.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools.
- Fluency in English.
