Tham gia Game Studio phát hành games với vai trò **Product Operations Executive** cho các thể loại **Female-oriented games** _(_Otome - cốt truyện lãng mạn,_ _Fasing game - thời trang,..._**) **bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm cho việc tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm game cho đối tượng người chơi phù hợp (tập trung vào nữ) và đảm bảo hiệu quả hoạt động lâu dài của sản phẩm trên thị trường, chi tiết như sau:
**1. Research và Đánh giá sản phẩm**:

- Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường để xác định xu hướng, sở thích của người chơi nữ và tìm kiếm cơ hội cho các sản phẩm game mới.
- Thực hiện đánh giá, phân tích sản phẩm dựa trên những hiểu biết về nhà phát triển game, dòng game, thị trường và tính phù hợp với người dùng tại các thị trường mục tiêu.
- Đánh giá và phân tích liên tục về các sản phẩm mới trên thị trường, đối thủ, từ đó hiểu rõ được sự thay đổi của thị trường, đồng thời xây dựng được chiến lược thích hợp cho sản phẩm khi cạnh tranh.

**2. Quản lý và vận hành sản phẩm**:

- Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc và trao đổi với đối tác để hoàn thiện về lộ trình của sản phẩm bao gồm: ra mắt, update, events....; đồng thời đảm bảo được chất lượng và nội dung sản phẩm theo từng mốc giai đoạn khác nhau.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về chất lượng của ứng dụng (app) bao gồm: tích hợp SDK, theo dõi dữ liệu, store submission,...; đảm bảo được các chỉ số về sức khỏe của app (app quality).
- Phối hợp, cung cấp các nội dung/ sự kiện cần thiết cho các team liên quan (CS/ Marketing,...) trong việc giải quyết các vấn đề của khách hàng khi trải nghiệm game
- Giám sát, vận hành công việc dịch thuật, đảm bảo được chất lượng dịch thuật phù hợp với từng thị trường mục tiêu.
- Chịu trách nhiệm cho việc đảm bảo hiệu quả và chất lượng trong việc khai thác tiêu phí của sản phẩm, bao gồm: vận hành và tối ưu hóa các vấn đề liên quan đến thanh toán như webpay, IAP, tỷ giá....; phân tích, đánh giá, đề xuất các nội dung, sự kiện tiêu phí phù hợp.
- Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc với các team liên quan, đặc biệt là team Data để xây dựng database; tracking để phục vụ cho việc live-op, phân tích, đánh giá và theo dõi sức khỏe sản phẩm.
- Phối hợp cùng các team liên quan, đặc biệt là team Marketing trong việc thấu hiểu người dùng, xây dựng và phát triển các kế hoạch marketing cho sản phẩm.
- Đảm bảo sản phẩm luôn tuân thủ theo quy định của VNGGames và Chính phủ tại quốc gia phát hành.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Yêu thích và đam mê chơi games, là game thủ, có hiểu biết sâu sắc và chơi các game hướng nữ, đặc biệt là các tựa game như Nikki, Love and Deepspace, Genshin Impact,...
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực tương đương, thể hiện được năng lực thực thi trong việc quản lý và vận hành app.
- Có năng lực Tiếng Anh tốt, biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế.
- Có năng lực quản lý dự án, trong đó ưu tiên việc quản lý được nguồn lực về con người.
- Có tư duy tìm tòi, khả năng research bằng các ngôn ngữ khác nhau, đặc biệt biết tận dụng các ứng dụng AI cho công việc.
- Chịu khó, cần cù, cam kết cao trong công việc.
- Có tư duy phản biện và hiểu rõ mục tiêu, lý do khi thực hiện công việc.
