We're looking for a mobile game ad monetization enthusiast to join us in proudly bringing Vietnamese games to the world.

**OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB**

Develop and implement ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue without negatively affecting player retention and user experience.

**JOB SCOPE**
- Develop and execute ad monetization strategies tailored to mobile games, aligning with the studio's business and revenue goals
- Manage and optimize ad demand sources (Google AdMob, Meta, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral, Applovin,...), to ensure optimal fill rates, eCPM, ARPDAU, and positive user experience.
- Analyze ad performance data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous optimization
- Drive new growth initiatives by conducting A/B tests and other experiments to identify new ad placements, formats, or configurations that boost monetization
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with external ad partners to drive ongoing improvements and adopt industry trends & updates
- Be open for growth in new expertise: User Acquisition

**Yêu cầu**:
**Must-have**:

- Experience in ad monetization or related areas within gaming, app, or website monetization.
- Strong interest in mobile games
- Self-motivated and adaptable with a growth mindset
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Strong logical thinking and critical thinking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Can-do attitude

**Big plus**:

- Experience in mobile gaming monetization or game design is a big plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly and confidently grasp complex technical knowledge
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.)
