**I. KEY JOB DUTIES**
- Work closely with the Product Manager to look for the market’s signal
- Use the seniority in-game operation to deconstruct, and analyze the game, then write into the Game Assessment Document
- Work closely with the Game Designer
- Use creativity and passion to innovate the game
- Plan, and design a roadmap of time-limited in-game activities to drive engagement and revenue
- Use meticulousness and patience to write the Game Requirement Document
- Work closely with Partner and team to ensure game development process
- Follow up with partners on each game development iteration
- Support the QA progress if needed
- Support the game operation effort for hybrid monetization games.

**II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES**

**KNOWLEDGE**
- Good knowledge of quantitative data;
- Graduated from universities that require Math, Statistical probability, Logic skill
- Knowledge about game statistics & tracking
- Have a wide range of experience in different game genres
- Knowledge about game deconstruction and analysis
- Plus:_
- _Knowledge about the Mobile game market, game trending especially in the casual and puzzle gene_
- _Knowledge about user behavior in various tier 1 countries_

**SKILLS**
- Presentation Skill
- Fluent in Excel or similar tools
- At least 8+ years of experience in operating various game genres
- Skill in operating hybrid monetization games is a plus
- Skill in publishing & operating mobile games in tier-1 countries is a plus
- Chinese proficiency is a big plus
